Thurstan’s Rise Residents’ Association (TRRA) collects certain personal information from users of this website, who apply for membership of the association, or who report issues to the TRRA committee. None of this information is stored on the website. The information provided by householders when applying for membership of the TRRA is held securely under the terms of the Data Protection Act, and will be used only for the purposes of maintaining a membership register, and for contacting members as may be necessary in connection with their membership of the TRRA.
If you have checked the box to consent to receiving TRRA information by email, your details will be used only for those purposes, and if you change your mind at any time, you may request their removal by contacting: treasurer@thurstansrise.org.uk.
Personal information provided when reporting an issue will be held only for the purposes of contacting the user, to provide feedback on the issue in question, or to seek further information if necessary. Such personal information will be not be retained for any longer than is necessary to resolve the reported issue, or until such time as the person making the report requests its removal.
Any personal details provided through the website, or held by the TRRA in connection with membership of the association, will not be shared with any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Information provided for membership purposes will be removed from the membership records and mailing list when a member leaves the association.
This website will not accept any form of payment in connection with membership fees or for any other purpose, and the TRRA will never ask members or other users to provide any bank account details or other financial information.
