The first AGM of the TRRA has now been arranged for 19.30 on Wednesday 7 April.
Because of ‘Covid19’ restrictions, we are unable to hold a ‘physical’ meeting, and have had to find a way of holding an ‘on-line virtual’ meeting. Those with children of school age will probably be familiar with these! Once again we’re most grateful for the support of Coleford Town Council, in allowing us to use their ‘Zoom’ account to facilitate the meeting, and to Councillor Helen Barnham for arranging this.
The meeting ‘link’ and instructions for joining will be sent to all TRRA members, by email, as soon as possible. If you have not used ‘Zoom’ before, the necessary ‘app’ will be downloaded to your device when you click on the meeting link. You may however, find it more convenient to download the app yourself in advance, (to avoid any last minute ‘glitches’!) and you can do so with these links:

The first part of the business will be to seek members’ approval of the TRRA Constitution. To avoid too much meeting time being used on this item, can we ask everyone to please read it before the meeting, and notify any concerns to our Secretary, Donna Albon as soon as possible.
Election of Committee. The five current committee members have all indicated that they are willing to stand for re-election for a further year. However, we really do need more people to join the committee, and we are asking for nominations from members who are willing to give up a little of their time to help the association to make our voices heard, and to ensure that our estate is brought up to the standards we all expected when we decided to live here! If any member would be prepared to join the committee, please contact Donna Albon or any other committee member.
If you haven’t joined the TRRA yet, there is still time – and you will be most welcome!
