Every Halloween the estate is decked with pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and this year we thought we would encourage more of you budding carvers to get out your knives! We are holding a ‘Pumpkin Carving Competition’ and would like to invite all residents to take part by putting your best pumpkin out on display for Halloween night.
What can you carve? – A witch, a cat, a Starwars special? How about the Minions, or Dracula – the more creative the better!!
The owner of the best carved pumpkin, (as judged by the TRRA committee), will win a kilogram tub of sweets! To enter, simply make sure your pumpkin is out on display for Halloween by 6pm. The winner will be announced on the evening.
Following on from the recent successful TRRA fun day, the committee has also decided to set up a ‘Halloween Station’ on the small grassed area between numbers 8 and 10 Caudwell Close on 31st October from 5 to 7.30pm.
Please pop down for free hot drinks for the adults, and free sweets for the children – we expect to see some great costumes of course!
