David Wilson Homes promises action on completion of the estate.
Now that the worst period of inactivity due to the Covid 19 ‘lockdown’ is over, the TRRA has been making efforts to stir David Wilson Homes into action, to deal with the many issues which remain outstanding since the building stages of the estate were completed over eighteen months ago. Committee member Simon Oldroyd, recently wrote to the Managing Director of DWH, highlighting many of these issues.
His letter, and the welcome response from DWH, are copied below:
