In my last post I promised to update you on the outcome of our scheduled meeting with DWH and the FoD Planning Enforcement officers.
Simon Oldroyd and I met with Tomas Jankowski of DWH, Chris Briggs of Planning Enforcement and Sophie Reid, Flood Risk Engineer, (along with several others we weren’t expecting!) on Friday 9 July.
To a large extent, the outcome was predictable, in that DWH were insistent on proving that they had complied to the letter with the planning permissions granted, and that all the subsequent problems were someone else’s responsibility!
We did however make progress on some of the more recent issues, as you can read in Simon’s full report on the meeting in the ‘Documents & Reports’ section of the website.
